MEROPE – Bavaria 46 Cruiser
Historic boat for sailors, the Bavaria 46 cruiser 14 metres, 8 beds with four double cabins, two bathrooms, large kitchen and comfortable dinette, combines the characteristics of a sports and marine boat with the comfort of a houseboat.
Sailing gives satisfaction by rounding boats even larger than his own. 118 square meters of sails seemingly effortlessly push 11 tons of weight, distributed in a semi-displacement hull that offers safety and stability. In short, Merope is a real boat, made to go to sea.
A boat made to sail
Access to the engine is simple and spacious. The boat is equipped with a 55 hp Volvo. The transmission is in S-Drive. The hydraulic systems are of the plug-in type. The two tanks are kept separate and are used one at a time. The water capacity is 460 litres. The boat is equipped with two dark water tanks located inside the bathrooms. The seacocks are easy to access and their positioning is intuitive.
The convenience of a houseboat
The pencil from the
studio managed to combine these characteristics with large and comfortable interiors, the convenience of four double cabins, two bathrooms with 500 liters of water available and a kitchen suitable for preparing excellent lunches or romantic dinners.
The interiors, built with the classic light mahogany that distinguishes this shipyard, are well divided and the four cabins, two doubles at the stern, a castle on the left side and an owner's cabin at the bow, are very large and comfortable. There are two bathrooms, one at the stern and one at the bow, in the four cabin version.
